ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to consider a representation given by the petitioner on 06.06.2023, consequent to payment of necessary charges on 11.01.2023, seeking survey of lands.

2. The lands which are sought to be surveyed are in Survey No.224/3, measuring 0.24.0 hectares, equivalent to 60 cents in patta No.1636. The petitioner claims that he has valid title to the property.

3. A direction is given to the second respondent to examine the documents given by the petitioner and if there are no objections raised by anybody, proceed further to conduct survey of the aforementioned land. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
