Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2020.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2020.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that on the representation of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and since there was a civil dispute, the complaint was closed, by directing the parties to approach the Civil forum.
