O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the sixth respondent in respect of the property in Survey Nos.935/1-A and 935/1B in Thummnikulam Tank, Aiyaloor Village, Vedachandhur Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. None appears on behalf of the sixth respondent, in spite of service of notice and printing his name in the cause-list.

3. The third and fourth respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13 March, 2017, on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the sixth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
