CHAKKKARAVARTHY.S.J., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9036 of 2021 dated 09.07.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to financial condition, the petitioner could not arrange sureties in time. Therefore, extension of time may be granted for producing sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
