: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body of the detenue namely Minor.Saritha daughter of Pitchaimuthu aged about 16 years before this Court and hand over her to the petitioner's custody.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu was produced before this Court and she expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner. There is no dispute that the petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The petitioner also informed us that it is not she who is responsible for the alleged marriage of the detenu. This fact is also acknowledged by the detenu. 2.In such view of the matter, we permit the detenu to go with the petitioner.
