This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.5000 to the petitioner and to issue Legal Heirship Certificate.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the representation made by the petitioner was rejected and the petitioner was directed to approach the concerned Civil Court seeking for remedy.
