*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Bar Council and Puducherry that the complaint of the petitioner has been placed before the Disciplinary Committee.
2. Taking into consideration of the fact that the complaint is pending before the Disciplinary Committee for more than an year, we direct the respondents to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
