Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PITCHAI MUTHU.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5067 of 2021 dated 26.04.2021.

2. It appears that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail as early as on 26.04.2021 and after a period of four months, this application has been filed for extension of time, stating that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange the sureties. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition.
