ORDER

This Writ Petition filed to direct the respondents to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner in respect of original sale deed dated 01.04.1988 registered as document No.636/1988 on the file of Sub Registrar Aranthangi based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.05.2023 and subsequent representation dated 06.06.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged complaint through online before the second respondent for misplacing of his original sale deed Document No. 636/1988 dated 01.04.1988, situated at Manivilan, (Ward B Pallathiayal), Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District. He would further submit that the petitioner has also made paper publication with regard to the missing of original documents.

Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said documents have not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Pettiion stands disposed of. No costs.
