This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.07.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same on 17.11.2021. 3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint in the manner known to law, if so advised.
