Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein in connection with the civil dispute among the family members.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein in connection with the civil dispute among the family members.

2. The complainants in this case are the son and daughter-inlaw and the complaint has been given against the petitioner who is father of R3. There seems to be family dispute between the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the nature of dispute between the parties, the respondent police is directed not to call the petitioner for enquiry and the parties should be directed to redress their grievances before the civil court.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
