ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by the Additional Sub Court, Kumabkonam in I.A.No.78 of 2024 in H.M.O.P.No.116 of 2023.

2.The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. Marriage between them was solemnized in the year 2016 and they blessed with a female child. Due to some matrimonial dispute, the respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.116 of 2023 seeking restitution of conjugal rights. In that petition, the respondent also filed I.A.No.78 of 2024 seeking visitation rights. The said petition was allowed granting visitation rights to the respondent every Friday and also with a direction to the petitioner to produce the child at the premises of Legal Services Authority, Madras High Court campus, Chennai every Friday between 05.00 p.m., to 06.00 p.m. Challenging the said order, the petitioner filed this Civil Revision Petition.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition has been filed on the ground that the girl child is minor, aged about six years and the child is studying second standard at Thanjavur. The order of the trial Court, if executed, would adversely affect the child's education. 4.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is willing to go to Thanjavur 2/5

and visit the child in the petitioner's premises itself without causing any hindrance to the child's education.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner also consented for the said proposal.

6.Considering the submissions made on either side and also considering the fondness of the respondent towards his child, this Court holds that the respondent shall visit his child once in two weeks on a Sunday from 02.00 p.m., to 07.00 p.m., in the petitioner's residence itself. The petitioner shall permit the respondent to visit his child in her residence itself. 7.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
