ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.3 of 2024 within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the case in Crime No.3 of 2024 has been registered on 26.02.2024 and so far, three witness have been examined by the respondent Police. He further submits that certain documents have to be recovered from the State of Kerala and therefore, they require three months' time to complete the investigation.

3. In view of the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to 2/4

complete the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2024 and file the final report as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 15.07.2024 Index : Yes / No.
