Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant permission to conduct the 'Kodai Vizha Festival' as well as other programmes and also to conduct the Innisai Katcheri on 31.03.2017 coupled with sound service from 30.03.2017 to 01.04.2017 for the Temple namely Arulmigu Karuppasamy Temple at K.Karisalkulam Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Innisai Katcheri programme in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. 2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.

representation has been given, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 13.03.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
