Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7002 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance to the order of this Court First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.211 of 2020 dated 29.07.2022 for the offences under Sections 147,294(b), 506(i) and 109 of IPC.
