: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in M.H.S.Confdl.No.77/2018, dated 30.07.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Arulraj, son of Manimuthu, aged about 33 years, now detained at Palayamkottai Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order in G.O.Rt.No.4111, Home Prohibition & Excise (XIV) Department, dated 28.09.2018, revoking the detention by the Advisory Board.

2. In view of the order dated 28.09.2018, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
