ORDER

2.The Writ Petition has been filed to seek cancellation of patta. If the petitioner is aggrieved for issuance of patta, he can avail the remedy of appeal and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal, if so aggrieved by issuance of patta. No costs.
