ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to cut and remove the rubber trees in Re-Survey No. 165 of Kalkulam Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District, based on her representation, dated 01.03.2017.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner made a representation dated 01.03.2017, to the respondent, seeking to cut and remove the rubber trees, which are grown to the level of cutting and removing for fresh plantation, in her property, situates in Re-Survey No.165, Kalkulam Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.03.2017, is disposed of by the respondent as per law. 5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 01.03.2017, and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
