(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed for removal of the encroachments made in the road situated in Survey No.388/13A, Pattanamkathan Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk and Ramanathapuram District.

2.The writ petitioner had already submitted representations dated 06.11.2015 and 28.03.2015 in this regard. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.We direct the third respondent to enquire into the matter and remove the encroachments if any. The third respondent shall issue notice to the interested parties by following due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
