This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the property in SNo.699/8, Ukkidai Goundanpatti, Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 08.03.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry dated 08.12.2017 to that effect.
