ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry with regard to misappropriation of funds on the basis of the representations, dated 29.11.2016 and 29.12.2016, by way of issuing a writ of Mandamus.

notice for the respondents 1 and 2. As per the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3.It is seen from the records that on 29.11.2016 and 29.12.2016, two representations have been given, but the same have not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed without costs and the respondents 1 and 2 are strictly directed to look into the representations dated 29.11.2016 and 29.12.2016 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days.
