ORDER

These revisions filed against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.Nos.5 and 4 of 2019 in O.S.No.214 of 2016, dated 03.08.2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Since the order going to be passed will not cause any prejudice to the rights of the respondent, no notice need be sent to the respondents.

4. The said Interlocutory Applications were filed by the 2nd defendant to reopen and recall the evidence of DW.1 and to mark the written statement filed by him in the suit on the ground that the written statement forms part and parcel of the records. The court can very well take note of the reading the written statement without marking it. Hence, the Sub Court, Thuraiyur has rightly dismissed both the application. 5. In the result, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
