O R D E R
Based on the order passed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.15902/22/AA7/Thanjai, dated 14.08.2025.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, when the fourth respondent's application was rejected, then the petitioner alone ought to have been considered.
3. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted there are other legal heirs who are tracing their lineage from the brother of original Muthavalli.
4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that they cannot be included as Muthavalli since they never come as elder member as per the proforma. He further submitted that the petitioner is the elder member as per the proforma and she is the descendant of the original Muthavalli.
5. Since the issue is debatable, this Court is not inclined to decide the same under the contempt proceedings. There is no contempt as alleged by the petitioner. 2/4
6. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
