ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) & 21(2) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.969 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner is involved in four other cases. The details of the pending cases are as follows:

3. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
