Prayer in Crl.OP(MD)No.16024 of 2022:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to set aside the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.825 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1/Additional District Munsif Court, Thangaur dated 12.01.2022 and direct the learned Judicial Magistrate to entertain the petitioner's private complaint in accordance with law.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. J. John, Advocate for the Petitioner this Court made the following order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.OP(MD) No.16024 of 2022, dated 12.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a better affidavit. 3.In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a better affidavit.
