ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) Alleging that the petitioner's daughter aged about 20 years was missing on and from 28.12.2025 and that despite the registration of the case by the second respondent in Crime No.123 of 2025 for Girl Missing and no action has been taken by the second respondent, the petitioner has come forward with the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the daughter of the petitioner is aged about 20 years and based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the case in Crime No.123 of 2025 was registered and during the course of investigation, it came to light that due to misunderstanding with the mother, the missing person has left the house on her own accord and gone along with her friend cum classmate.

3.The said missing person was traced and produced before this Court. 4.We enquired the missing person, she submitted that she is aged about 20 years and that she was studying second year B.Sc., Bio Tech., in a college in the City and that she had on her own accord gone along with her friend due to misunderstanding with her mother. She further expressed her willingness to go along with her mother and continue her studies. 5.Recording the aforesaid submissions finding that the missing person is not in illegal detention of anybody and that she had expressed her willingness to go along with the mother, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
