ORDER

The petitioner has applied for loan for purchase of a tractor at a cost of Rs.10,50,000/- with subsidy amount of Rs.2,25,000/- under TAHDCO Entrepreneur Development Scheme and the petitioner's application was considered by the Task Force Committee on 11.01.2023 and was forwarded to the Senior Manager, Canara Bank, Chekkanurani on 02.02.2023 for sanction of the loan. However, the Senior Manager vide his letter dated 11.05.2023 has rejected the application of the petitioner, based on the CIBI report of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to disburse the loan to the petitioner by considering recommendation of the committee dated 02.02.2023. 3.The application of the petitioner has been considered by the Task Force Committee and it was forwarded to the Bank. CIBIL report of the petitioner, has rejected the application on 11.05.2023 and a copy of the same is also furnished to the petitioner. 4.In view of the subsequent developments, this writ is closed as no further orders could be passed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order rejecting his application in the manner known to law.
