Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to plant trees in 7th ward of Kadamalaikundu, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District and to put up a sunshade in the bus stop near Sri Kaliamman Temple, Kadamalaikundu, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District as per the representation, dated 05.12.2016 and 09.01.2017 in the larger interest of public. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Appadurai For Respondents : Mr.K.Guru, 1&2 Additional Government Pleader.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to consider the representations alleged to have been given by the petitioner on 05.12.2016 and 09.01.2017, by way of issuing a writ of Mandamus. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken

notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the Writ Petition, notice need not be sent to the third respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that on 05.12.2016 and 09.01.2017, two representations have been given, but the same have not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed without costs and the respondents are directed to look into the representations dated 05.12.2016 and 09.01.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days.
