ORDER

Seeking for a direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to attend the Counselling for the post of Typist, in Group-IV Service vide Notification No.18/2014 and Advertisement No.401/2014, dated 14.10.2014, which was scheduled to be held from 17.08.2016 to 19.08.2016, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the very counselling itself is over and all the vacancies for the post of typist were also filled up and hence, nothing survives further for adjudication herein.
