O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.Ji1/14688/2021 dated 29.07.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently pass an order that the gift settlement deed executed by the petitioner in favour of the third respondent bearing registration No.2060 of 2009 on 16.04.2009 as void, since the same was obtained by fraud, coercion and under undue influence.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner had died and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ 2/4

Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
