ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property situated in Old Survey No. 101/1, New Survey No.163/10, Patta No.72, to an extent of 0.1.05 Hectare, at Veeriruppu Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District, by considering the petitioner's application, dated 10.02.2025.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for Respondents 1 and 2, based on the written instructions of first respondent, submits that pursuant to the online application filed by the petitioner, dated 10.02.2025, the said property was surveyed on 02.05.2025 and four boundaries were fixed.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
