This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.356 of 2015

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.356 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
