After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner was informed that, notice was issued to him for surveying the land in question, which is only in pursuance of the earlier direction passed by this Court dated 13.02.2017.

2. In such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
