This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in connection with the Crime No.11 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent would submit that final report has already been filed in this case and the same is pending before the learned Magistrate which is yet to be numbered.

4.The respondent police is directed to take steps to get the C.C Number within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
