To call for the entire records connected to the judgment in Spl.S.C.No.7 of 2016 on the file of the Honourable Special Court for the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act 2012, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District dated 10/01/2020 and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellant. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. ALAGUMANI.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2636 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.164 of 2021, dated 30.04.2021.

this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2636 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.164 of 2021, dated 30.04.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2636 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.164 of 2021, dated 30.04.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
