ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to make necessary entries in the office register as per section 89 (7) of Tamil Nadu Registration Act in respect of the lands allotted to the petitioners, as per the proceedings of the third respondents dated 26.06.2024.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
