ORDER

The revision petitioner filed MCOP No.268 of 1995 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram. Award was passed. The revision petitioner filed an I.A in the year 2015 for amending the names of her children. The Tribunal has declined to entertain the I.A. Challenging the stand of the Tribunal, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner produced materials before this Court to indicate that S.Tharif Khan and S.Motturani are her children. But, in the claim petition, they were mentioned as Mohammed Thariyapu and Mumtaj Begum. Since this Court is satisfied that the names of the children have been erroneously mentioned, it is only just and proper that their names are corrected. Therefore, the Tribunal is directed to amend the names of the revision petitioner's children as Tharif Khan.S and Motturani.S.
