ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to carry out the petitioner's public service without any obstacle, by regularizing his service and to fix the minimum wages to lead a decent and dignified life in the Society. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The prayer sought for by the petitioner viz., regularisation of service, cannot be considered in the light of the decision rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Secretary to Government, School Education Department vs. Thiru.R.Govindasamy and others reported in 2014 (4) SCC 769. If the petitioner has any other grievance, viz., in respect of payment of reduction of his salary, it is open to him to approach the authorities concerned.

3.This Writ Petition is dismissed with the above liberty. No costs.
