Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Proceedings, dated 10.07.2019 issued by the second respondent herein and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and without any legal basis and consequently, directing the 2nd respondent herein to grant permission to the petitioner's Sabai to conduct the demonstration at 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m., on 03.08.2019 at Five Corner Road Junction in Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District.
