2.Seeking police protection on the basis of the life threat alleged to have been made by the private respondents, representation was made by the petitioner on 05.06.2023. It is further submitted that since he was greviously assaulted by the private respondents, complaint was given by him in Crime No.185 of 2023. Therefore, trouble exists. 3.Let the above said representation be enquired by the respondent police, by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents, by ascertaining the ground situation as to the life threat exists at the hands of the private respondents, within a period of one week from the date of appearance of the parties.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
