Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order dated 02.01.2017 made in RC.No.R2/33400/2016 on the file of the District Collector, Virudhunagar District/the 4th respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the secretary to Government Rural Development and Panchayatraj Department, the first respondent herein to notify ward 15 of Tiruchuli Union Virudhunagar District as a general ward on rotation basis under Rule 7 of Tamilnadu Panchayat (Reservation of Seats and Rotation of Reserved Seats) Rules, 1955 and Section 11 of Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.11.2016.

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records relating to the order dated 02.01.2017 made in RC.No.R2/33400/2016 on the file of the District Collector, Virudhunagar District/the 4th respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the Secretary to Government, Rural Development and Panchayatraj Department/the first respondent herein to notify Ward 15 of Tiruchuli Union, Virudhunagar District as a general ward on rotation basis under Rule 7 of Tamilnadu Panchayat (Reservation of Seats and Rotation of Reserved Seats) Rules, 1955 and Section 11 of Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.11.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the order passed in the connected writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.21931 of 2016, directing the respondents 2 & 4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 02.11.2016, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.
