COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in C.C.Nos.70, 72, 74, 73, 75 & 71 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Trichy District, and quash the same against the petitioner. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Sridharan ( in All Petitions) For Respondents : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1 ( in All Petitions) : Mr.M.Sam Eugine Jebakumar for R2 (In Crl.OP(MD)Nos.15154 & 15157 of 2020) : Mr.P.R.Prithiviraj (In Crl.OP(MD)Nos.15120,15159 & 15162 of 2020) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.Nos.70, 72, 74, 73, 75 & 71 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Trichy District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to raise all the contentions before the trial Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Further, he made a request before this Court that considering the Calender Case is of the year 2019, 2/4

a direction may be issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Trichy District, to dispose the case in C.C.No.70 of 2019.

3. The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is genuine one. Considering the Calender Case is of the year 2019, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Trichy District, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.Nos. 70, 72, 74, 73, 75 & 71 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioners are at liberty to raise all the points before the trial Court stated in these quash petitions and the learned trial Judge shall try to consider the same.

4.With the above direction and liberty and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
