PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second, third and fourth respondents, directing not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the brother of the petitioner alleged to have been involved in 1/3

so many criminal cases and suspecting the petitioner's involvement, he has also been continuously harassed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the complaint given by one Chellam, a case in Crime.No.347 of 2020 has been registered against the un-known person and later, it was identified as Jebin Jose, S/o. Nesamani, who is the petitioner herein. 4.The petitioner has also been arrayed as accused in Crime No.0659 of 2020. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

5.Since the case has been registered against this petitioner, he has to workout his remedy appropriately.

6.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is disposed of as infrctuous.
