ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 14.11.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.26382 of 2024, wherein, this Court has directed the respondent to disburse the eligible terminal benefits to the writ petitioner.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, the respondent has issued proceedings on 12.08.2025, releasing the eligible amount.
