ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, based on the inspection report submitted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur, would submit that the subject TASMAC No.5570 is functioning in the said location for about 7 years. The petitioner is residing in a far away place. The petitioner himself states that he is residing more than two kilometers away 2/5

from the subject TASMAC shop. In this context, learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the Public Interest Litigation has been filed with some ill- motive and this Court finds some force in the said contention. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
