ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.77 of 2017 in Crime No.88 of 2015, on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Trichy, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 506(i) of IPC and r/w Section 120(b) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.77 of 2017 in Crime No.88 of 2015, on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Trichy. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 05.01.2018 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Trichy within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
