:Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the2nd respondent dated 27.02.2017 in Na.Ka.No.5093/A4/2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to conduct any enquiry pursuant to the above notice. After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner may be given opportunity to adjudicate the issue before the competent civil Court. For resorting to any common law, no direction need be given. It is always open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the civil Court.
