petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees Thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties before the concerned Court is extended by two weeks from today.
