Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.All that the petitioner wants is only to shift the meter box within the same premises to another spot. No exception can be taken to the said request. It appears that the petitioner's vendor is facing proceedings for energy theft. Of course, the said proceedings will go on and the shifting of the meter box will not have any bearing thereon.
