ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed by the petitioner, who has been complying the modified condition to report before the respondent police once in a month seeking to further relax the condition. 2.Initially, the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., daily and subsequently it has been modified to once in a week and thereafter, once in a month. So, the latest modified condition was complied by the petitioner is once in a month till the disposal of appeal. However, the petitioner has complied the said condition just for one time ie., on 01.03.2024, thereafter, he did not turn up. When the accused is not regular in complying the condition, he is taking the risk of losing the very bail order itself. 2/4
